Viztile ("we", "our", "us") is operated by Domfly LLC. This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use the Viztile mobile application and related services.

Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a hash — we never store your plain text password).

Project Data

We store project information you create, including room measurements, tile layouts, material selections, and photos you upload. This data is necessary to provide the core functionality of the app.

Photos and Camera

Viztile accesses your camera for room photography and AR measurement. Photos you take are uploaded to our secure cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and associated with your projects. We do not access your photo library without your explicit action.

AR and LiDAR Data

When you use room scanning features, the room dimension data is processed on your device and sent to our servers to save with your project. We do not store raw AR session data or 3D models.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using:

• Database: Neon PostgreSQL with encrypted connections
• File storage: Cloudflare R2 (encrypted at rest)
• Authentication: JWT tokens with HMAC-SHA256 signing
• On-device: Auth tokens stored in iOS Keychain (hardware-encrypted)

All data transmission uses HTTPS/TLS encryption.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your project data is only accessible to you through your authenticated account.

Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You can delete individual projects and materials at any time. To delete your account entirely, contact us at the email below.

You have the right to:

Children's Privacy

Viztile is not intended for use by children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
